Our Team

Güzin Metin is the founder and general manager of GM Teknoloji. She brings her roughly 15 years of teaching and management experience in education together with education technology, gamification, data analytics and digital product development.

A graduate of Hacettepe University’s Department of Mathematics, Metin worked as a teacher and manager in private schools, taking part in student-parent relations, guidance processes, school management, IT education and the use of technology in education. Before founding GM Teknoloji, she provided coding, robotics, design and IT consultancy services to schools, educational institutions and students.

Within GM Teknoloji, which she founded at Antalya Teknokent in 2023, she leads product strategy, R&D management, collaborations with educational institutions and commercialisation. She leads the product and business-model work for the company’s flagship product GeniusMethods and serves as project lead for the TÜBİTAK 1507-supported ArchiveSkills R&D project.

In addition to her work across education, entrepreneurship and IT ecosystems, Güzin Metin is involved in work connected with the ATSO Women Entrepreneurs Board, the ATSO IT Committee, the Turkish Informatics Association and the gamification ecosystem.
